We are pleased to announce that Think Research’s first third party application, Health Outcomes Worldwide has been awarded a competitive tender to design, and deploy Nova Scotia’s Wound Management Solution.
The company’s award-winning software, how2trak®, provides clinicians with real-time direction for wound care management. This cutting-edge software is available through Think Research’s cloud-based platform, EntryPoint, further amplifying clinicians’ access to the latest evidence-based best practices.
The Provincial Wound Care Program Redesign will provide Nova Scotia’s clinicians with a standardized wound care management system, ensuring that patients’ receive higher quality care, while cutting costs for the Province. This project will support acute care facilities, home care workers, and long-term care facilities.
