{"id":20322,"date":"2021-03-23T10:24:36","date_gmt":"2021-03-23T14:24:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thinkresearch.com\/ca\/?p=20322"},"modified":"2021-10-25T16:37:33","modified_gmt":"2021-10-25T20:37:33","slug":"think-research-corporation-announces-grant-of-equity-compensation-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thinkresearch.com\/ca\/2021\/03\/23\/think-research-corporation-announces-grant-of-equity-compensation-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Think Research Corporation Announces Grant of Equity Compensation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TORONTO,&nbsp;March 22, 2021&nbsp;\/CNW\/ &#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>Think Research Corporation (the &#8220;<strong>Company<\/strong>&#8220;) today announced that it has granted 205,000 stock options (each, an &#8220;Option&#8221;) to certain key employees of the Company pursuant to the Company&#8217;s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan (the &#8220;Incentive Plan&#8221;), at an exercise price of&nbsp;$3.56&nbsp;per Common Share, with an expiry date that is five years from the grant date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Options vest as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>25,000 which fully vest on&nbsp;March 22, 2021; and<\/li><li>180,000 which vest one third on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of&nbsp;March 22, 2021.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company also announced it has granted 50,000 restricted share units (each, a &#8220;<strong>RSU<\/strong>&#8220;) to a key employee of the Company pursuant to the Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive, once vested, one Common Share.
