In addition, the Company has granted 255,716 RSUs to key employees of the Company pursuant to the Company\u2019s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan which vest immediately upon grant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think also announced that it has granted 166,702 deferred share units (each, a \u201c<strong>DSU<\/strong>\u201d) to certain non-executive directorsof the Company pursuant to the Company\u2019s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan.
