TORONTO, ON – September 22, 2022 <\/strong>\u2013 Think Research Corporation (TSXV: THNK) (\u201cThink<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), a company focused on transforming healthcare through integrated digital health software solutions, today announced that it has granted <\/strong>350,000 restricted share units (each, an \u201cRSU<\/strong>\u201d) to key employees of the Company pursuant to the Company\u2019s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. 300,000 of the RSUs will vest in one year, and the remaining 50,000 RSUs will vest 1\/3 on September 30, 2023, 1\/3 on December 31, 2023 and 1\/3 on December 31, 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
