TORONTO, ON – September 22, 2022 – Think Research Corporation (TSXV: THNK) (“Think” or the “Company”), a company focused on transforming healthcare through integrated digital health software solutions, today announced that it has granted 350,000 restricted share units (each, an “RSU”) to key employees of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. 300,000 of the RSUs will vest in one year, and the remaining 50,000 RSUs will vest 1/3 on September 30, 2023, 1/3 on December 31, 2023 and 1/3 on December 31, 2024.
